The apartment is a voluminous
and very light space on the top floor with large French shuttered
windows overlooking the courtyard below. Place Arago is within
150 yards walking distance, a typical Mediterranean square adorned
with magnolias and palm trees, with cafes and restaurants that
open late in the night. In the middle, the statue of the physician
and astronomer, Francois Arago.
The markets of Perpignan are
particularly coloured and aromatic. Rich in fruits and vegetables:
salads, tomatoes, peppers strawberries, peaches, apricots - all
the charm of the Catalan markets, exuberant and southern in spirit..

Perpignan City
is the vibrant centre of this Catalan region in Southern France
with good transport links: Perpignan airport is situated to the
north of the city and within 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
The mainline railway station is situated in this northern part
of the City and is a short taxi ride from Rue Augustins. Car
parking is available in the nearby paid public car park under
the Arago Square. |

Terms
and Booking

The periods for letting
currently available can be obtained from us by telephone.
We accept a 3-day provisional booking for the dates you require.
We request a 25% deposit to immediately follow the booking in
order to reserve the agreed period, the balance to be sent approximately
3 weeks prior to departure when the flat and court keys will
be sent to you by post.
The rental rate includes all
water and electricity used and is £300 per week or £50
per day for a long weekend break. (4 day break =£200 and
a 5 day break = £250) Letting times normally run from midday
Saturday for whole weeks only in the summer peak period and are
negotiable at other times.
The apartment consists of a
large lounge area with high level mezzanine, (for storage use
only) a double bedroom, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The
space is ideally suited for a couple, however there is a a collapsable
cot available and sofa bed in the lounge that can be used for
guests. Bed linen and hand towels are provided and you are asked
to provide your own beach towels. You should clean and tidy up
before you leave in readiness for the next visitors. Handover
at 12 noon
